Good posture is the basis for healthy movement. Sitting for long periods at work causes many musculoskeletal problems. Our posture therapy addresses your individual situation. An ergonomic consultation is part of the therapy.
Coordination training
Without coordinated movement, we put excessive stress on the joints, which can lead to injuries, discomfort and pain in the long term. Coordination training can help your speed and balance in addition to movement.
